Hi, I’m Tara — a coach, healer, and intuitive.
I help women reconnect with who they truly are and find their way forward through deep subconscious work, somatic healing, and manifestation.

My journey began at 27, when I became a single mum with a two-month-old daughter.
My entire life fell apart, I had no job, no money, no direction, and no sense of who I was. I moved back in with my parents, overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in survival mode.

Everything felt heavy.
Everything felt uncertain.
And I didn’t know how to rebuild.

But in the middle of all that chaos, one truth kept whispering to me:

If I’m happy, my daughter will be happy.
That moment became my turning point.

I followed the smallest sparks of curiosity — reading, learning, diving into the Law of Attraction, healing practices, and intuitive work. I studied somatic healing, joined psychic circles, reconnected with tarot, and slowly rebuilt my life from the inside out.

Now, I run Mermaid Co. — a sanctuary for women just like I once was.
Women who are healing after relationships.
Women who feel lost or stuck.
Women who want to reconnect with themselves and step into alignment with who they were always meant to become.
